Soup of the Week: Cowboy Chili

Sweet and chunky describes this hearty chili.

Cowboy Chili

1 1/2 cups cooked BBQ shredded pork
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup beef broth
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
